Event Agenda

Amana RV Park Arrival

• Use the main RV entrance - Gate #2 -  and stop at the office to pay for the remaining balance of your campsite reservation
• There is a party hall in the northeast corner of the campground that we will be using throughout the rally.  This will be our meeting place for the events.
• We will need to set up tables and chairs prior to the events starting and at the end of the event - request volunteers to help.
• We also request volunteers to assist with setting up and cleaning up after each event

• Thursday, August 1st
• Thursday Evening Chicken Dinner
  Dinner will be served at 6:00pm at the party hall
  Fried Chicken with sides of ColeSlaw, Vegetable, Potatoes and Gravy from the Ox Yoke Inn
• Thursday Evening Bonfire
  Bonfire will start around 8-8:30pmS’more fixings will be available if you would like one
  A tasting table will be set up for anyone to contribute to and participate in
  Raffle prizes will be given out
  Bring your raffle tickets from your welcome bag
• Friday, August 2nd
• Friday Morning Continental Breakfast
  Breakfast is sponsored by RV Life
  Kolaches from Amana Colonies Bakery and Cafe
  Breakfast will be served in the party hall
  Breakfast will be served at 8:30am
• Friday Morning Maintenance and Repair Panel
  While enjoying your breakfast come and join the discussion
  Presented by Drew Teitjen and ATC RV dealership
• Friday Lunch
  Drivers Requested: Due to traffic/parking we will want to carpool to the restaurant
  Gather at the party hall at 11:00am
  We need to be seated at the Ronneburg restaurant by 11:30am

• Friday Grill Fest
  Gather at the party hall at 6:00pm for the grill fest
  Bring your meat of choice, a couple grills will be set up to cook on
  Bring your own sides, or a side to share and eating utensils

  S’more fixings will be available if you would like one
  A tasting table will be set up for anyone to contribute to and participate in
  Raffle prizes will be given out

• Saturday, August 3rd
• Saturday Breakfast
• There **might** a continental breakfast served….last minute details still are being worked out
  Hilltop RV, an Alliance dealership from Minnesota, and ATC RV, the local Alliance dealership, will be in attendance and available at the party hall for a meet and greet and answer questions.
• Saturday After Breakfast to Afternoon
  Free time.  
  Organize a group trip into town, or a local attraction
  Relax at the campground
  Organize a round of lawn games….bean bag toss anyone??
• Saturday Group Potluck
  Everyone wear your rally t-shirt for group pictures!
  Gather at the party hall at 6:00pm for the potluck
  Special raffle prizes will be given out
  Bring your potluck raffle tickets from your welcome bag!!
• Saturday Evening Bonfire
  Bonfire will start around 8-8:30pm
  S’more fixings will be available if you would like one
  A tasting table will be set up for anyone to contribute to and participate in
  Raffle prizes will be given out

• Sunday, August 4th
• Sunday
  Some campers will be leaving..Safe Travels everyone
  Free time.  
  Organize a group trip into town, or a local attraction
  Relax at the campground
  Organize a round of lawn game
• Sunday Evening Bonfire
  Bonfire will start around 8-8:30pm
  S’more fixings will be available if you would like one
  A tasting table will be set up for anyone to contribute to and participate in
• Monday, August 5th
  Most campers will be leaving today

Reservations

• Reservations are first come first served. To reserve your RV site, kindly contact the Amana RV Park directly and indicate your intention to attend the "Upper Midwest Alliance Rally". Seize this opportunity to secure your place and prepare for an exceptional Upper Midwest Alliance Rally experience!
• All Sites are Full Hook-up
• A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required when making your reservation.

Registration - Before July 10th

Due to the final attendance numbers being turned in for t-shirt orders and catering we cannot refund any cancellations occurring after July 10th, 2024

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and hope you can join us at the next Upper Midwest Alliance Rally.

Registration - After July 10th

Custom merchandise has already been ordered and unfortunately will not be included for any registrations completed after July 10th. We, however, would still love to have you join us. There will be other gift items and chances at winning raffle prizes. The price of registrations after July 10th will be reduced.

• Step one: Reach out directly to Amana RV Park to make your RV site reservations for the "Upper Midwest Alliance Rally." Reservations are first come first served and they are subject to selling out.
• Step two: After confirming your RV site with Amana RV Park, purchase your event ticket(s) (must purchase by July 10th to receive per-ordered merchandise)
• Step three: Sign up for the potluck
